In our real life moments, Jen and I have been urban hiking. Today we hiked downtown to the largest public library in the area. It was a bit more than six miles.
For five miles or so I was great. I was enjoying the exercise as well as my new hiking belt and water bottle. Then…
The chafing began. Began and…
We made it to the library. We took the bus home.
So I’m looking forward to putting my chafed ass to bed.
We have a new bed frame that we got for free on craigslist from a really really rich guy who couldn’t sell it and wanted it gone.
We picked it up at his mansion. It took two trips. Our vehicle is rather small, but also it’s really big.
It’s a king sized water bed frame with cabinets and drawers underneath and a big headboard with cabinets and shelves and even lights.
We crammed our king sized mattress into it. It was a snug fit.
It’s like having a fort! But it’s not as redneck as it sounds. It’s more like… a fort! Also it has a coffin sized hiding place beneath it in the center with a secret door and everything.
It’s creepy but we think the rich guy stashed a real doll in there or worse.
But during a zombie invasion Jen can hide in there with a gun and stay really quiet.
And then I blogged about the ButterSword news.
I have a lot of work to do on some new pages and content that needs to go up around here and have a permanent home. Expect some bonus content soon.
Also and with exceptions… many of our internet allies are not updating anymore and I’m tired of clicking the badges I made and seeing the same thing every time. I’ll be cleaning house soon. It’s nothing personal.
Some will have even cooler badges and some will have a regular word link and there might be a new one or two as well.

Sorry guys I dont update much any more but its cause this is the fist time in awhile I could get online the interwebs are down and to top it off my lap top cable went out and I can’t buy a new one right now

It’s never good to hear that phrase. It’s oddest for me, maybe, when I’m standing still in a field. I never know quite what to do and end up looking as if I’m being attacked by bees. Then the frisbee smacks me in the head anyway.
