As of this writing (Sunday night), Jen and I will be not sleeping tonight in anticipation of tomorrow. We’ll be headed to the airport very early in the morning, and we’ll then be off to be tourists in Seattle.
Jen just read that it will be raining the entire time we’ll be there.
F… it! We’ll take umbrellas. Here’s a comic:
This year we had a burn ban or some such thing so we didn’t hear fireworks all night. Odd. It’s illegal in the city limits anyway, so I don’t know why a burn ban would stop anyone. I guess they might have made it illegal to sell them.
I’ll never know. I don’t do holidays. I’m just another victim of them. But enough complaining. Something positive:
Delicious! And that concludes our broadcast day. We hope you enjoyed ButterSword and you’ll consider returning on Friday for another installment of our semi-exciting misadventures. Friday’s comic is very special indeed… it’s: preloaded! That’s right. We’ll be in Seattle but the comic pages just keep on turning. Such is the way of our modern world on the brink of extinction. Have a great week and we hope that thing you’re doing goes well!

Wow awesome plant. You guys be safe on your trip. Hope you get a chance to check out my comic this Monday and can’t wait to see your comic on Friday. And if you get a chance check out the post that I put up for the 13th.
Later guys see you guys soon
As an FYI, when the burn ban is in effect, it makes shooting them off a felony instead of a misdemeanor. It also means that a single pop is enough to get someone patrolling your area looking for the culprit.
The space dock alien seems a bit hopeless at his job. Love the look on falling up Jen’s face.
Haunted cowbell. Weird stuff
OMG….the resulting pesto was awesome
Thanks. Wasn’t it good though?! We’re glad you could help us eat it and thanks for taking us to the airport.
So far Seattle is pretty cool. The weather is awesome.
I love that Jen used the flowers as flowers. Hurray!
Clobber time~!!!
