Also today I have the pictures of the van floor I mentioned previously, but I still haven’t gotten around to talking all about our recent event. Never fear for I shall! Meanwhile… van pics.
What are you looking at? Well… our conversion van previously had all the typical crap no one wants like carpet and captain’s chairs. We tossed all of that out. This is our new wooden floor to build upon.
We got all the furniture included with the van out, including the extra seat belts, plugged all the holes left behind, and even kept the foam padding beneath the carpet in tact. Over it we placed the wood.
I don’t know if you can tell by looking, but we laid the floor in as pieces. One between the wheel wells that goes to the back doors, one in front of the wheel wells, and one in front that leaves room for the side doors.
I sketched the floor concept, we measured everything, and Jen did the math at the hardware store and had the wood cut to fit. A use for math! Who knew?!
Jen is a genius. Anyway…
More van progress as it develops.

Sweet van. I recommend a mattress of 2″ high resiliency foam.
Resiliency… cool! We’re going to build a platform first. Compared to our little truck we’ll have a gigantic comfortable bed. Sweet!
What is the statute of limitations on theft?
Beats me. Seven years? I think seven years is most things. Murder is never.
If you raised that floor six inches or so, you could store a lot of rockets under there. Not that I would recommend that. Well, maybe I would.
Funny you should mention that. The bed platform we are concocting presently has storage underneath! When we show the photos we’ll have to add a rocket storage bin.

We don’t have McRibs here. Now I’m curious so can someone throw one in the ocean & I’ll collect it here at the beach in 6 months time
So math does have a use. That blows my theory of math irrelativity.
Curtis is definitely angry. I think he’ll do worse things than steal from the register.
McRibs are pretty good.
It’s like cooked pork baloney pressed into the shape of a small sandwich sized rack of ribs. It has sauce and onions and pickles all served on a hamburger bun. They serve it here once or twice a year for about a month.
Bad for your health but… I guess so is breathing the air.
I thought the same of math until Jen. I guess math was only worthless in my own reality.

Funny comic by KA Polzin. Reminded me of highschool and when my best friend worked at McDonalds. She would bring home bags and bags of cheeseburgers and fries. Free McDonalds was a teenagers dream come true!
That would be amazing. I could eat so much McDonalds that I would explode. I wonder if they still do that for their employees? I’d eat four egg McMuffins every morning and a McCoke. Then I’d have four Big McMacs for lunch with extra McSauce and McFries with McSauce too. Then for dinner I’ll just have a salad.
