Hi! Friday is upon us.
I have been very busy as of late. I have started street busking with others and have gotten some very positive feedback so far. It’s nice to skip rehearsals and club owners and booking agents and amplification and lousy soundmen…
Parking downtown still sucks, and taking a pee is usually a headache, but that can certainly be said of clubs too.
Today Jen and I found a few extra hours to work on the van. Pictures soon.
Now then…
Two more pages from ButterSword and Friends : Comics from Across the Nation!
In case you were wondering, the current event at that time was when that oil pipe pumped all that oil into the gulf.
Visit Mindzai Comics by Robin Cain. You can do so by clicking here. Robin Cain is an amazing artist and her comics have a unique splendor. We are big fans of hers and were honored to have her comics in our zine. Thanks again Robin!

As a treat for myself, I have a classic computer game headed my way in the mail. It’s Baldur’s Gate 1 plus Tales of the Sword Coast.
I’m going to install it and its sequel on an old laptop with the mod The BiG World Project! It’s over 100 hours of newly added fan material and it’s all (mostly all) awesome stuff! Want to know more? The article here explains it nicely. Gets you started at least.
I was going to save it for when I was too old to do anything else, but I might be running marathons by then. You never know. Anyhow… I can’t stay away from it for too long. I’m addicted to it.
At least it isn’t as bad as smoking crack I guess.

Thanks for visiting! We’ll be back on Monday with more crazy stuff. We hope you will return to us then. Have a great weekend.

Um, yes I thought it was your national dish
It says many not all. I never understood why it was ever thought… but it was.
Well, Peanut Butter is pretty damn awesome!
True! As is Bunny Wiggins! I enjoyed making the custom link badge in my left column. It looks pretty spiff if I do say so myself.
I didn’t know they even made shrinky dinks anymore
We didn’t either! It was a very cool mail day.
Hey don’t you USA-ers eat peanut butter every day???
Well I do.
Also almost everyone I know does, but it’s a myth I tell you!
Actually no.
It’s in the pantry and gets eaten on now and then, but no faster than anything else really.
I like a dab on apple slices personally.
I just had a peanut butter sandwich yesterday. Sometime I get hooked and eat one everyday. But just like you Curtis, it doesn’t get eaten any more or less than anything else in the house…It just get eaten up is all….Peanut Butter is one of America’s staple food though.
Thanks for you recent visit, Curits.
Hugs, xx
I love to visit! Thank you for visiting too. You are awesome.
Many Australians eat chocolate and wine gums every day! Even though I’m not really Australian, I know it’s true because if I lived in Australia, that’s what I’d eat. Actually, I eat that anyway. And peanut butter, too. Sometimes with the chocolate. And did I mention cake? And fudge? Wow, now I’m kind of hungry for some reason.
Me too!
Ah yes… the birth of the reeses…
“You got chocolate in my peanut butter! You got peanut butter in my chocolate!”
I love that “I Hate FB in your side panel…Where can I get one of those, or did you make that, Curtis?
Thanks Deb. I did make that.
It was a modified screen capture of our old actual facebook link/badge thing.
We used to have a facebook but… it wasn’t for us.
You are welcome to grab ours and alter it to make your own!
Thanks Curtis…I’ll grab it and see what I can do with it….I hate FB!
Have a good day, my friend.
Well, not every day. Actually, a nice Peanut Butter and Jelly sandwich every once in a while is awesome for a change of pace.
I’ll have one now and then if I make it myself. Toasted and easy on everything. Peanut butter is good to flavor oatmeal as well.
Haha!
I remember when I first got a peanut butter jelly sandwich… I thought my mom was nuts!
Hang-on…
it’s hard to type with all this peanut butter on my fingers…
